        My 87 year old mother ordered what looked like a red i-phone case from Ed HIcks and was disappointed that the colour was chestnut brown when it arrived (admittedly, it was described as brown but looked red). I have tried to contact the 'friendly customer service team' to arrange a 'no quibble return' by email and by phone (leaving messages) but have not yet received a reply. I was keen to exchange the case for a more expensive one but I'm not sure I will use this company again.
