Stunningly beautiful as you walk in with all the colours immediately delighting the senses. A warm welcome near the cottage by the very impressive tall hollyhocks in the Meccano for girls. We took ourselves off round the sculpture gardens using the informative guide leaflet, taking our time, as there was so much to enjoy. Also taking in the studio gallery shop on the way and separately a small card shop area. Then into the cottage where so much thoughtful conservation and preservation had taken place along with impressive sculpture installations in the 3 downstairs rooms, plenty of which had interactive elements. Most of the original cottage remains which is quirky and interesting and includes furniture from the previous family dating back early 1900s. The journey through the cottage inspires many questions, all answered by the informative boards. Definitely want to visit again superb. Thank you!

A selection of artwork, some beautiful, some quirky and all an expression of the modern day linked to our past. Displays are in the garden and the cottage. A delightful place to visit , I hope to return next year.
