At a very difficult time we got a caring professional service with our dog shown the utmost respect. Also I was encouraged by the section of the website which aided the decision making process - I tested it with different responses and when things were not clear it advised going to your Vet to see if quality of life could be improved.

We had to make the most heartbreaking decision on Sunday and say goodbye to our loving German shepherd shadow.I can't recommend Em enough she was so kind caring and amazing with our daughter at such a sad time.

First class service from Em. Caring, kind and compassionate from the initial phone call. My Darling Ruby was helped on her way on Friday and I have her ashes home with me today (Tuesday). Saying goodbye is the hardest part of the journey and it was made so much more peaceful having it at home. Ruby was able to be at home and have her pack around her as she gently slipped away to eternal rest. It made my broken heart ache a little less knowing she wasn't stressed by enduring a car journey to the vets. Em was fantastic throughout. She collected a paw imprint in both clay and ink and carefully cut a lock of fur for me. The whole time, treating Ruby with such gentle care. Ruby's ashes were extremely well presented in the engraved casket we chose. Carefully wrapped in tissue paper and given with a meaningful, hand written card and thoughtful gift. I have two little friends left and will not hesitate to call when their time comes. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you for everything you do. Katie
