TOAD Diaries

Awful company. Took ages to deliver my order (not effective by postal strikes at the time). I had to go to my local sorting office to pick the gift Id ordered up and pay the postage theyd forgotten to pay for! All emails to their customer service Dept is ignored. Complaint via PayPal also ignored!

Ordered at the beginning of September, nothing delivered, I have emailed five times and still have not received a response let alone a refund. I would suggest to any new customer to be very wary as they will steal your money

Just received and really disappointed with the quality for the price. The cover is simply cardboard and has already been creased in the post! Im pretty sure this diary will look a real mess in a couple of months. Other sites have much more sturdy products ..go there!!!!!

Received my diary today.... really poor quality. Most definitely not worth the money. Like many of the other reviews on here. I most definitely won't be ordering another one next year. Don't waste your money with this company you will get much better quality elsewhere. I paid almost 30 for what I was led to believe would be a quality leather bound diary. I got a cheap A5 Ring binder wrap poorly with a bad finish. Utter rubbish very disappointing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I have ordered from them and my order never arrived, I have sent several emails over the last few weeks asking for details and not once received a reply. I have also tried calling and the number is not in service I have paid for my product and never received anything in return
