Had a system installed almost two years ago. Roofers were rude and unprofessional. System is good although everytime my internet trips, the system goes down and needs resetting. LUCKILY social energy were able to talk me through how to do it myself seen as Envision ignored all communication from myself. Multiple emails and unanswered phone calls over a 3 month period. Envision Energy best avoided.

At first I was excited and quite pleased with everything I was told and impressed with how quickly and efficiently everything was done. But a year later and I wish I never bothered, I just feel like I was conned. Hence the review, just wanted to let people know not to sign up based on what they tell you, if you have to get a loan that is what you will be paying on top of an electric bill which by the way last sunny month was over 50 which brings my last electric bill 'including' loan to a grand total of 230. Which I can't really afford but was left pretty much high and dry and no matter how many times I've rang it I just get told same bs and it never gets any better. Ps. Don't expect a smart meter fitted any time soon I'm STILL waiting

Overall we are very pleased the installation of our energy storage system which we had earlier on this year. Ben our energy consultant was very professional and explained everything concisely. All factual and friendly with the processes and transitions explained thoroughly. There was none of this bolshie sales business we've had with other solar panel companies that we have had round. Unfortunately the install didn't take place on the weekend we had expected because it was raining and I was informed it was not safe, so we had to wait longer than expected for it. It looks as neat as solar systems can get, the garage was left tidy and the system is currently working well for us. We have had a couple of queries since the installation which the team and Social Energy have been quick to resolve.
