The staff here are always very helpful and professional. Its a very warm and friendly environment to visit. I personally left a different opticians in Halifax as they wouldnt accommodate appointments for myself and 2 children together for some strange awkward reason. Donovan Smith have been more than accommodating to us and I would whole heartedly recommend them!!

The staff at Donovan Smith always go the extra mile. They are true professionals, with a great knowledge of their products. Customers are always made to feel at ease, and it is comforting to be in the presence of such friendly and supportive staff. I had an appointment here this morning after I experienced an issue with my eyesight. Helen Jackson, the practice manager, put me at ease and did some scans on me. She was very reassuring and explained the procedure as we went along. I then met Rochard Sellers, the optometrist, who examined my scans and then tested my eyes on his equipment. Again a very relaxed meeting with a great professional. Thank you both for allaying the worries I had. I would recommend you guys to anyone who is pondering a visit to an optician.
