Ordered a Rollator from Manage at Home for my father in law. It said delivery 7-10 days it arrived 2 days later. Excellent service. Unfortunately what I ordered was to big to get through all the doors so I will have to return it for a smaller version. I'm sure they will do an exchange on this for me.

I ordered an overchair table from the clearance range having been assured that the items are checked before being sent out. I ordered a right hand table. The one that was delivered was a left hand one with a significant crack across the table top. It also came with no instructions. This had clearly been returned as defective. After complaining, I was offered 25which was derisory and actually, not the point. I asked for my money back. I was then forced to repackage the extremely heavy table and man-handle it to enable it to be picked up. I have now received my refund. No proper apology or explanation has been provided. They clearly couldn't care less.

Two weeks tomorrow I paided in full for a rollator advertised as bring in stock. Much to my dismay i had heard nothing from manage at home. So I had to chase what had happened to my order. To find out eventually it was out of stock. No apology u will get when it comes in . Not very good when your disabled n rely on the rollator to mobilise. So I left with them n guess no correspondence to update me a week later. So I rang today n was told she would ring me back. To no avail . Bitterly disappointed n wont be using company again. But if do get to tomoz I'll let u know. I'm a client and they little customer service techniques. I shouldn't chasing this company. Thank u

I found the experience very poor, no updates on my purchase from payment to delivery, my order just arrived unexpectedly. I wouldnt recommend this company on my experience.
