I had serious problems with my calves which was affecting affecting my distance running, Dee identified the problems quickly, utilised acupuncture and shockwave to remove trigger points. Then through a great training program helped me gain strength in my weak areas and improved my gait. I have recently ran 17 miles with no issues. 5 star

I cannot recommend this place ENOUGH to anyone who needs it! I had an ongoing toenail infection for a few years. I had been given tablets which caused side effects and the doctors told me theres nothing more they could do from their side to treat the infection. I just came across the website Randomly and I am glad I did! Dee and Madhiya were both so helpful and didnt make me feel uncomfortable at all. They are both so lovely and sweet and talked me through each step of what they were doing. I genuinely had no hope left but after Dee and Madhiya did what they had to, my nails have never looked better and the infection has fully gone! Thank you so much Dee and Madhiya both x

As someone who has had chronic foot problems for over 20 years despite following the advice of several podiatrists, I was resigned that I would simply have to live with recurring foot pain, intense muscle tightness and fatigue. I genuinely had lost faith in the podiatry knowledge that was out there. In spite of this at the start of 2022 I tried once again to seek some other knowledge and decided to try The Foot and Lower Limb Clinic because they offered both digital gait analysis and importantly provided clinical biomechanic expertise. In my intial assessment, Dee identified issues not just with my feet that I wasn't aware of but also with some of my leg muscle groups. In fairness I thought if any solution was to be found it would come through appropriate custom orthotics. Dee explained in detail how orthotics were only a part and that strengthening what were under-performing muscle groups would be key. Since then I have had several appointments over the last twelve months where Dee has corrected/perfected a pair of previous orthotic insoles, trained me to develop strenghtening exercises, provided shockwave treatment which has broken down scar tissues from years of inflammation, pointed me in the direction of rocker bottom shoes which have helped immensely and given me hope that my feet can be better than what I had accepted them to be. Dee's knowledge, expertise and experience in clinical biomechanics - how feet affect legs and vice versa has made the difference for me. Thankyou Dee
