We used Touchstone Glazing Solutions for the replacement of heritage metal framed windows on our listed building. We had no prior knowledge of the company but we are so pleased that we found them. They were hugely professional from start to finish, the product is absolutely first class and from our initial conversation with Liz, to measuring and specifying, right through to the installation, the company was faultless. Huge attention to detail, great communication all through the process, very high quality product and fitters with a high level of professionalism and expertise. To top it off - they are all lovely people to deal with. The product is a very specialist area and there are a limited number of suppliers in this field - I can honestly say that Touchstone delivered on all accounts and the end result is a work of true craftmanship. We feel we are fortunate to have worked with them on our project.

The product was just what we were looking for to glaze our stone mullions. Rob was so helpful and followed the job right through even coming to help with the final finishing. We are delighted with the finished product and are so lucky to have found the company. Yes, they are expensive but are way in front of any other way of glazing mullions in a traditional way.
