Terrible experience buying an integrated dishwasher from this site. It arrived and did not fit the space as there were a few pipes behind it. I called immediately to return it. I was told it would cost 1/4 of the cost- over 100 as a reshelving fee as the outer plastic packaging had been removed, plus we had to organise and pay for a courier. We decided to turn the kitchen around so it could fit somewhere else, this took us over the 30 day period. When we installed it the dishwasher was faulty. An engineer was sent out and changed the faulty pump. In the meantime we have had to deal with frustrating customer service from both UTEK and Bloomberg. This is not the experience I expect when buying a new appliance. I never write reviews but had to vent my frustration somewhere.

Great company to deal with. They have one of the best tracking system we have seen. We could track their driver live as he drives from the North to the South West to deliver our washing machine. After the long drive the driver was still willing to help get the washing machine into my kitchen. Absolutely fantastic service.

Thanks Utek, called in for help for an American double door fridge. The customer service was really kind enough to help me find the fridge I was looking for and in about 10 days it was delivered, thanks once again!

Order an item from them that was listed as in stock. It wasn't and I received an email a few days later they were expecting stock soon. Stock never arrived and I had to demand a refund. Don't take orders for stock you don't have, it's poor practice.
