We were put in touch with Triple Treatment by our estate agent, when it was revealed by a survey that a damp proof course and cavity wall-tie replacement was needed to enable us to sell our home. The team who came round were friendly, reliable and helpful. They arrived when they said they would, and took care to tidy up when they were finished. There was a huge amount of noise, which was unavoidable, but they tried to minimise this at times when my partner was working on the phone. Inside they have refinished the walls to a high standard, and replaced skirting boards that were damaged on removal. I have already contacted them for a quote to fit a damp-proof course in our next home. We will definitely be using them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Chris and his workers did a fabulous job on my late brother's house. They found the cause of the problem, removed all the damp from the walls, raised the cellar floor, replaced floor with new concrete and put a drain in to stop future flooding and eradicated all signs of damp. They cleared up afterwards and were very professional. I would thoroughly recommend them.
