        Called in this morning to pay in a cheque. Opened exactly as advertised at 9.30am. Greeted warmly by the staff and transaction completed quickly without any fuss. Excellent!!

        This is the second time Ive had to go to this branch. First of all the times on the hsbc website say its open, and the sign on the door says its open. Its not quiet hours either. But the branch just randomly decides to not open when they feel like it.
