I had a great experience ordering some hard to find 7mm dice and so decided to place a bigger order a few weeks later. I heard nothing about the order over the course of a month, and after emailing 3 times to check if everything was OK, I applied for a refund via PayPal. Wont be purchasing from Bow and Blade again.

They provide a fantastic service at a very reasonable price. Whenever I want to have my Heroforge stl files printed, this is where I go. Excellent quality and a very friendly customer service.

I have been waiting for several months for my order. I got just one response 2 months ago and I was told to wait. I dont mind loosing a money, but worse I could not get a games in because I could not finish my terrain project in time. If you dont want to risk having your projects postponed indefinitely I recommend you not to order from Bow and Blade Games.

I ordered a print of three Heroforge miniatures on the 26th of January and didnt receive any update until the 15th of march to say they had just been dispatched. I had assumed the company had gone under. Regardless of any issue that you (the vendor) may have, a two month delay is unacceptable business practice.
