I've been going to O'brien for six years. During this time a problem had been diagnosed by Dr Janjua, and has been resolved over a 4 year period. The eye test is usually an hr and very thorough, he is open to questions and gives detailed explanations. The quality of frames and lenses that I have bought have been exceptional, albeit at a cost. Like any supplier there are various ranges on offer and I have decided to chose the thinnest and lightest lenses. Also you are paying for the exceptional expertise of the optometrist; you get what you pay for! As an aside I have recommended my stepfather to him as he suffers with Dry Macular Degeneration and was unable drive. After consulting with Dr Janjua special lenses were ordered from America which corrects the problem during the day as they redirect the light. This has given my step father greater autonomy which his previous optician was unable to do.

Posting on behalf of partner. Very expensive and the price is not reflected in better performance. As stated at the time would not return. Gone to Specsavers earlier than scheduled for better value for money.
