I rang the shop to ask if my mothers glasses were ready for collection, and was told yes, I asked what time they were open till and was told 5pm. I travelled from crowle to brigg to collect them only to find the shop door locked even though the sign said open and all the lights were on, this was only3.05pm, I then rang the number no answer. I then hung around in brigg till 4.30 before going back to the shop only to find all locked up blinds drawn and lights off.!! I did manage to collect the following day, I spoke too the woman in the shop who said nothing to do with her as she wasn't in the day before , and said someone would ring me back about this 5 days later and still no phone call.!! Terrible customer service and manners.!!!

The staff are welcoming, experienced and helpful. No rush, no nonsense. The receptionist was lovely and caring and highly professional. I am glad I went there. I will continue to buy my glasses from there in future. Wonderful. Thank you.

I can highly recommend, lovely, friendly staff that go above and beyond, excellent service, nothing is too much trouble, never had such a thorough eye test..
