I have dealt with this Company for over 25 years and have found them completely reliable. The staff are helpful, and any issues I've had have always been resolved promptly. I would use anyone else

Been trying to order a door with Shirley for 6 weeks. Emailed about 20 times and she is doing her best not to order it. I have no idea why. It's like she doesnt want me to have the door.

Products are generally good, but the customer service and attitude of staff is very poor

I'm so completely shocked by the lack of customer service and care provided by Rocal. The door seals split not long after having them fitted, the plastic ends fell off the cil at the bottom of the door and now the door has cracked in three places. Our fitter has gone bankrupt and I'm told there is nothing that can be done by Rocal who a actually make the product... Am I missing something?! This really is unforgivable for such expensive doors, really terrible and not customer service. I am told we can buy another "slab" from another supplier. We would not put another penny in Rocal pocket on principle. We will manage until we replace the door and spend our money with a completely different company. This is another example of most expensive isn't always best.
