Fresherpack are a specialist food and non-food packaging solutions company established in 2013, supplying home and business customers. Before using Smart Fulfilment we were fulfilling orders in-house. We moved our operation to Smart Fulfilment in 2020 as they had larger warehouse capacity and are experts in Amazon fulfilment, handling our FBA shipments seamlessly. Our collaboration has allowed us to expand our product range and stock levels, resulting in increased turnover. Their specialist software integration allows us to oversee stock levels accurately and track customer orders easily when needed, improving our customer experience.

I'd 100% recommend Smart Fulfilment to anyone that needs any type of 3PL or Fulfilment service! When I started my Amazon FBA Business I was packing and boxing all the units myself.
