Amy Dalgleish Acupuncture

Booked in for just over a month worth of sessions for a person reason. First appointment was cancelled by the salon for understandable reasons but when they came to check if I wanted the appointments contact was made only in text very impersonal and unprofessional. I then enquirer how long the first appointment would be to arrange childcare as I know it's longer due to the discussion that pans out the treatment. I was advised to email my history of the situation to her. This person I have never met. I explained this was supposed to help me not be stressful. And that I didn't feel confident to continue with her. He reply was ok no problem I'll cancel your appointments. This looked like a salon I would have enjoyed a wide range of other treatments in the future but when it's run by what feels like a teenager that can't get off the her phone texting and make a grownup phone call. It's a joke. I have no confident in someone like this sticking needles in me. Since passing comments to the salon stating not a complaint and not to cause upset to her I got back a very nasty not understanding email at all. I would not step foot near this salon or this viscious woman

Amy has just worked on my wrist for two sessions. Arthritis had developed from an old fracture and has irritated me on and off ever since. But after only two sessions my wrist feels much more agile and therefore has a beneficial affect on the way I feel in general. Amy is always very pleasant and caring. Thanks Amy

Amy treated me weekly over a prolonged period of time. Her treatments helped my condition and she put me at ease immediately. She is friendly and empathetic and willing to go out of her way to give you the best service and treatment. Would definitely recommend and return if I ever need to.

I have been receiving acupuncture treatments from Amy at various times for many years now. Amy is extremely professional, kind, understanding and very courteous. My first treatments were when I was undergoing my first IVF which was very helpful. I have had acupuncture for other conditions such as back and shoulder pain since then. I am currently having treatment for headaches and sinusitis and it really is helping me relax and de-stress too. Appointments are easy to make with Amy, it is never a problem if I need to cancel and rebook. I would highly recommend Amy as an acupuncturist and I wouldn't go for treatment anywhere else.

I have been visiting Amy for about 3years now and have found every visit to be very helpful and supportive. Acupuncture can be scary but Amy made me feel safe and always makes sure I am comfortable.. Amy has an amazing knack of knowing where my knees are painful and the treatment definitely makes a big difference.I feel very safe and try to visit regularly to keep the pain levels down. I take less pain relief and have more flexibility since having regular acupuncture. Amy keeps in contact if there are changes needed to appointments-i always find her very helpful and professional. During Covid she has provided very Covid safe care-thank you.
