DO NOT BUY VEHICLE KV18 CXS, unless you want a car that has had a previous accident. Would give 0stars due to Karim carugati the salesmen. I enquired about a 2018 Mercedes c250 cabriolet, which they had at a good price 21500 lower than usual, usually a red flag. But as it was VW I trusted them. Anyway Karim helped me with the enquiry and I booked a test drive and booked a day off work to travel 150miles, to which it was cancelled on the day, as he told me there was no MOT on the car so I couldnt drive it, anyway as it was bad weather that day didnt mind , but he shouldve told me this in the first place the clueless man.This was on 9th March. As the appointment was cancelled, I asked him if any thing was wrong with the car, if it had any scuffs, wear and tear, or any previous signs of an accident to which he said all on email everything is fine working as it should, only thing was alloys are curbed seat was ripped. He said he will get this all fixed as he wants a propa job done for me. so will get the alloys refurbed, and order a new seat from Germany and get the car ready in a couple of weeks!Happy that theres nothing wrong with the car as he told me ON EMAIL, and he will get it all sorted. I trusted Karim a VW salesman! We went ahead with the paperwork and I paid the deposit for the car,He said it will take couple of weeks for the seats to arrive,I was happy to wait as long as the car was ready.couple of weeks later I emailed if the seats have arrived. Karim replies days after saying,not yet as its ordered from Germany they cannot say how long and he will update me along the way why tell me 2 weeks and make me think itll be ready then after 2 weeks then say you cannot give a date.Anyway i thought ok Ill wait again.Sent him email, after couple of days saying the video of the car advertise on auto trader, which I closely inspected says on the dashboard bonnet malfunction as it was shown only a split second its very easy to miss unless you screen record and pause it. He said its minor and just the bonnet latch and will fix it.Ok but why didnt you tell me this before when i asked if there was anything wrong!How can you miss out a warning light on the car! You have a duty to tell me this imbecile.I emailed him for 3 weeks asking when MOT will be done,as I want to see if any problems arise and end up waiting longer and if he refurbed the alloys meanwhile because I realised how incompetent he is. He replied saying,it is done as far as I know.Seriously no mot showing online mate and what a way to reply to a customer. Now five weeks have gone by still no update it is 12th April.I emailed saying I will cancel as I need a car that was promised to me 5weeks ago.Miraculously he replies a day later which is quick for him, saying we are waiting for the car from the specialist.I replied,hold on what specialist I wasnt told about this or updated what is going on Im presuming the seats?. He said yes the seats and I will tell you in two days when you can finally pick up ur car.Then after two days I chased up his incompetent self again asking when I can pick it up, he said next week so another week. A week later now 19th april 6 weeks later of chasing him up, drove 2 and half hours booked days off excited ready to pick up,got to the car I see outside,to my horror, I see the wheels are all CURBED!Bad Scuff on the back bumper like something scraped it. Air scarf was a completely different colour to the Car colour, bumper was a different shade of white compared to the rest,meaning its been resprayed,bumper was not aligning to the headlight,an obvious front end damage accident repaired car.opened bonnet engine oil everywhere! Went inside waited 10min for Karim then I said the tires are not refurbed like you said,his response was I dont remember saying that,until I pulled out the email.Then offered me 300 for alloys which wont even fix one! Which he promised done in the first place and false represent it then try pay me to take it. Avoid this place if you go take pictures to sue them
