800 for a 2 seater sofa, 100 of that for a 5 minute delivery. Sofa delivered is the wrong colour, from what had been ordered. After sales / customer services terrible. Being made to feel as if its my fault they messed up, despite fully proving theyre in the wrong. Never again DFS

This is only the second bad review I have Eva had to post. Altho the store manager told me he wouldnt be happy with the sofa I received in his own home I get a call to say its within there tolerances which are 10%. And theres nothing else I can do. Im stuck with a 4k sofa that looks worse than the one I gave away.
