        Arrived on time ..this is a substantial pent summer house we had delivered to Scarborough..amazing value ..local suppliers couldn't get near the price we paid ...the staff at midland sheds and summer houses are brilliant and very helpful .in hindsight .I would pay the 300 assembly fee ..this is no lightweight ...we are adding some finishing touches .eg beads around the glass ...3 coats of superdec paint ..and the rubber roof ..also very heavy ..
