        Customer services to be fair are actually quite good, but let down by their accounts and management. Sent an email over 2 weeks ago, and just get the standard... someone will call you next week, but never happens. Edit- that was only today when i called again. The previous times i was told will be last week and the week before.

        One of the Worst management company I have ever seen. They are managing our apartments where I rented in coventry. Communal door is broken and they said they are replacing the door for the past two years and they didn't do.. Even if we mail them about the incidents they are not worried. They are also not worried about damages caused to the building by strangers. I strongly don't recommend this company and don't fall in trap

        If i could give 0* I would, the staff are terrible took months to investigate a problem to the property building. NOT customer friendly, They wanted a contractor out to the property on their time. When told I was unavailable they simply didn't care. Staff has lied and actually hung up on me. As somebody who is disabled and suffer with chest pains and regular hospital visits, bad anxiety and phycological trauma and advice from my doctor that i need to step away for a little to allow time to heal they didn't care and kept insisting and pushing the visit for their time. The staff are rude, slow at investigating problems, and have no care if your sick and disabled and just hang the phone up on you. And not sympathetic at all when you are alone and have nobody in your life to help you.

        Very professional and approachable company. They have kept our estate in tip top condition for years. Whenever there is any issue you can contact them and get it resolved in a fast and professional manner. Would highly recommend
