        extremely let down by the company. We had an urgent order to fulfil, and were told by MBC as long as payment was received by a certain time the full order could be fulfilled. Payment was made and we were on our way - or so we thought. The day before our event we were told that the order could in fact not be fulfilled fully, and certain items would not be delivered in time. The part of the order that was delivered was great, but we feel let down by the events that transpired. Had you have been open about the possibility of not meeting the entire fulfilment then we could have tried other suppliers - but you guaranteed us full delivery.
