Jhoots Pharmacy

I am surprised at the number of bad reviews for this pharmacy. We needed some antibiotics for my daughter on Christmas Eve, this was the only pharmacy that we called that was willing to help us and had the medication ready before I even got to the store. Exceptional service.

Arrived with my wife 5 mins before covid booster jab appointment time and found no one waiting either outside or inside. Booked in within 2 mins and both seen together. All completed within 15 mins. You can only speak as you find.

The worst pharmacy ever. Waiting for medications for nearly a week having run out of medication for epilepsy and after frequent phone calls been told its out for delivery, then they blame the drs, then they say tried to deliver, this is the second month running were they have failed to uphold their safeguarding of patients. Do not use !!! if i could get away with no stars then i would.

I dont know how this is an award winning pharmacy! Wasted my time completely taking a prescription the could not fulfil and dispensing incorrect items! Completely hopeless. Nobody seems to know what they are doing in there! The shop is a mess and it is unprofessional . Do not use! Told my husband they had dispensed all items on prescription to come home and find half is missing! I bet they will claim the cost back against the NHS despite the patient not reviewing what they should have! Diabolical!

I have to collect medicines every day Or I become unwell they state there opening times but more on 5 occasions they close hours before they say this chemist is a JOKE
