I've never had a PT before. I started with Craig about 4 weeks ago. Super anxious about having a PT as not been physically fit since before having my children. I had my initial session with Craig where he showed me the correct way on the basics and got a feel for where we were starting from.... Not my finest moment. Ive had weekly sessions where Craig's guided me into going my exercises correctly. Warm ups and cool downs are now part of my daily routine. The days I'm at the gym on my own are a lot more structured and worthwhile whilst my sessions with Craig are full on. Craig is super supportive and friendly we have a good laugh and I get so much out the sessions. Thanks mate. I've grown in confidence and fitness in a really short space of time.

Highly recommended PT. Happy to adapt each and every session, depending on how the body is feeling or what other activites I've been taking part in. His knowledge base is exceptional, and his encouragement is well received early on Monday mornings!

Ive been training with Craig for 3 months now. A friend introduced him to me. Im at the start of my weight loss journey, Craig is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge. Craig is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness level has increased and Ive seen improvements in my ability to complete tasks which I struggled to do few months back. I look forward to my workouts with Craig, hes always available if I need any advice. I would recommend Craig in a heartbeat .

If you're looking to kick start 2023 the right way, I couldn't recommend Craig enough. I was at my lowest both me mentally and physically when I started with Craig and within just a few sessions Craig's approach to training already had me feeling more positive and confident in my abilities especially when I could see the improvements in my reps, times and weights. Withing 2 months I'd already dropped a dress size. For me the best thing about Craig's style is his knowledge and ability to adapt his plans to your bodies needs even in the middle of a session. His personality and ethos also inspire you to keep pushing and be the best that you can be.

I have had trainers before over many years so I thought I knew what to expect, but Craig is definitely different in outlook and expectations. I'm early 50s and overweight so I don't want to be treated like a 25 year old! He's been very calm and flexible with my programs as I started out with an injury to my arm but he has been working around that to make sure I do what I am able to do until it heals. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is unsure if hiring a PT is right for them.
