Went here after having problems in the past with the bigger shops. Can honestly say Im glad I did. From start to finish absolutely brilliant service. Highly recommend.

Great fast service, and they do eye test as well now but not for NHS patients. He has a good range of frames at very reasonable prices and he has dug me out of a hole a couple of times when I needed same day simple glasses either reglazing or new ones making up. Check out the costs for new lenses and reglazing and youll never go to Vision Express or Specsavers again. Cant recommend highly enough.

If I could give a zero I would! Been here multiple times over the years and always had a lovely warm friendly welcome, however, there's recently been a change of management which is most definitely not for the better! Instead of being greeted with the usual, hello can I help you, I was left standing in the shop for a good few minutes whilst one member of staff was being very vocal about the business (a conversation that should have stopped the second a customer walked in) with not so much as a smile and a gesticulation of give me a second please.... not a thing until I got "do you want something"! No, I just decided to walk into your shop for no reason!!! Needles to say I didn't stay and I won't be returning, can't tolerate ride people there's just no need! It's a good job I don't run my manufacturing business like that I'd have gone bust years ago .

Lovely,helpful staff. A great range of frames,even my partner found several pairs to fit, he needs a wide frame,and struggled to find a frame to fit at 2 other well known opticians. Had an appointment with Mr Rahman, he was very nice,put me at ease, and carried out a very thorough eye test.
