AVOID if i was you. Complete lack of respect for his customers and clearly doesn't know his job. I'm leaving a one star on this business as the sales man, Adam is the rudest, most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. No customer skills and even threatening on the phone when stating he would come to my house as he has my address.!!! Shouting down the phone, doesn't listen and tbh could give a T*** about you, the buyer. I had several issues with the van which in my opinion, clearly didn't have any inspection prior to being sold, no checks or service before I bought it. Ignore any signs for the RAC at their premises as it means nothing. This is on their page "We offer advice on vehicles and vehicle maintenance and our friendly staff will go the extra mile to guarantee that you receive the advice and support you need. ADVICE......!! FRIENDLY??? Now that's a joke. SUPPORT???? All complete ball.... That in itself is the biggest load of rubbish I've ever heard. My camper was purchased an from the moment I was driving home I experienced issues. Non balanced wheels with excessive vibration over 60mph, which unfortunately I didn't reach on the test drive. The engine management light also kept coming on later to find out a bigger more expensive issue was there. ALL 4 INJECTORS KNACKERED. It took months to get the issue sorted we alot of stress caused as we had holidays booked and paid for. We even lost a deposit on one booking. Unfortunately not once but then twice we had issues as one of the injectors replaced was faulty and it took over a month to sort it out. No WARRANTY was issued, a legal requirement then he attempted to issue a warranty the day after I had the vehicle checked by a Ford main dealer which I was then told the warranty was void as it was issued weeks after I bought it. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND LA MOTORS

Bought a beautiful Audi Q5 from these guys, everyone here is very professional and so easy to get on with. They were true to their word and the car is just as they promised, top condition even better than the pictures and worth the drive from Yorkshire to see it. Very happy with the service and communication from these guys it's so easy when dealing with proper car people who just know good honest cars. Just look at their stock for proof. Thanks again
