Mark has been fantastic from the start. Nothing has been too much trouble and he's made us feel at ease throughout. As first time buyers, entering into the world of mortgages was a daunting thought but Mark has explained everything thoroughly and in a way that was easy to comprehend. He's gone above and beyond, providing us with as much information and as many options as possible, and he's been really accommodating with last minute changes and requests, even arranging home/contents/life and critical illness insurance for us! He's really easy to contact and responds (almost unreasonably) quickly! I would absolutely recommend Mark to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Mark, is a very very courteous and honest gent. I have been talking with him on and off for about a year. Every time it felt though he has known me for a lifetime. He even remembered one of our first conversations we had, and strangely enough so did I. I will definitely be using him again in the future when needed. Can not praise him enough.

Absolutely brilliant service ! Self employed first time buyer,, using C.I.S, he has the knowledge, sorted me with a great Morgage also helped me with life insurance and the building and contents insurance, he is also self employed so its his reputation and lively hood to give a great Service, fast response to my calls and emails and just made everything easy for me to understand, cant thank enough. And last but not least his price for service was a lot cheaper than expected!

Mark was friendly and yet professional, helped me with my remortgaging, responded to emails even while on annual leave. Great advise, made sure things were clear and understood. I would highly recommend.
