This is the second time Tracy has helped us sort our mortgage and what can we say shes an absolute gem - not only is she extremely knowledgeable, shes so lovely too. Shell lock in a great deal when she sees one and keep scouring the market in case something better comes along. Would recommend Tracy to anyone looking for a mortgage or to remortgage. Great advise on remortgage, building and life insurance. Mr Steve Perry has been amazing throughout the process. He has been responding so quickly to all our questions and enquiries and has provided us all the details and information at various stages. Great communication overall. We were very happy with the advise provided regarding remortgage and portability of our mortgage to buy a new house and we cannot recommend Mr Perry and Imperial Oak enough.
