Thank you Carole! We visited in store today with my father, who was treating me to my first real wristwatch. Nothing was too much trouble! Fantastic customer service and really knowledgeable information and advice throughout the whole duration of our visit. Not at one point did we feel pushed or forced to agree to anything so soon. Instead , I felt heard and understood in what I was looking for. Thank you again Carole, you and your coffee was amazing! 10/10

Most patronising and awful experience thanks to one unhelpful woman, who explains to me among other things that gold is yellow in colour. I'm shortening the experience but safe to say I won't be going back. I wasn't even offered to measure my size prior to the abhorrent inquest and any of my questions were met with a stark rebuttal, as if I were debating a climate crisis. I just wanted help buying a ring. Looking at other 1 star reviews of people looking for engagement or wedding rings the same rude woman is causing the poor reviews I had to walk away as she clearly is not meant for sales. Ernest Jones do something about this it has put me off buying I among others are likely going else where
