        Shopped here many times. Never had cause to return anything until today, only to find out that they don't do refunds. We won't be making that mistake again. We'll be shopping elsewhere.

        Today I visited this store and I have to say for the very first time I came out with a smile! Two days into his work with sports direct a keen and friendly Dan, enthusiastic about customer service and hardworking! He was single handedly helping numerous customers. How refreshingly polite. Well done Dan Let's hope the staff I've had to endure in the past learn from you. More like this please sports direct. Ps: the 5 stars are solely for Dan
