        I have recently been to pixapro to purchase studio lights and a few other bits and pieces. I have to say their customer service is excellent. I was in the store for about an hour, was given a demo of the equipment I purchased along with discussions with the sales team and with their resident photographer. I would highly recommend them as a company and for their customer service, advise and guidance.

        I will never purchase from this company again. I bought equipment from then and it was delivered buy DPD. The package was left on my driveway at 7:15 am in full view of the road. When I contacted Pixapro to inform them I had not received the pckage. Their reply was take it up with DPD as it is not our problem. I did not like that attitude, so I phoned DPD and they told me their contract was with Pixapor. So I have now reported it to my bank. They will sort this out for me. Pixapro remove the word PRO as you certainly do not know ho to act like PROS!!
