The staff is always welcoming and very helpful at the merry hill branch, especially Mehnarz she's very committed and willing to go the extra mile, she helped me find shoes I couldn't find online or in store and finding the branch that had them.

The service we received in this shop was exceptional. The young lady who served us could not have been more helpful. She was friendly but very professional. And knew the stock very thoroughly. My wife is disabled and struggles to get shoes to fit as her feet are quite swollen. But this young lady recognised it straight away. Nothing was too much trouble for this young lady. She made plenty of sensible suggestions and didn't stop until my wife had a pair of Sketchers that fitted well. We were both so impressed with the service. There are too few people like this in the retail sector. She is a credit to Sketchers and to herself. Thank you.
