Bought a watch here at the Merry Hill store at the start of the month with Anthony as the salesman, spoke to him at length on the phone & he was great - knowledgable & just really friendly & down to earth. Visited in store the following evening to view a watch he had in that I was unsure on, didnt pressure me at all & made the purchase feel really special & one to remember so massively appreciate it as was my first Rolex purchase & I was probably visibly nervous!! Absolutely love my new watch & left with a big smile. Luke was also great & welcoming whenever I had popped in previously, and always had time to chat. Thanks both!! Really appreciate it.

Recently purchased a Rolex watch from this store and the whole experience was amazing. Cant thank Mo & Jenny enough for the level of service and professionalism. Both very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Was offered refreshments and made to feel relaxed, highly recommend this store if youre looking to purchase luxury watches.
