Extremely poor service. Had my bathroom done by them a year ago and the shower went bust within days. They didn't even bother to fix the problem despite making several calls. In the end, a family friend had to fix the shower. Do not use this company.

An amateur job at best and awful customer service. 6 months and no one has even come to view the issues. I'm at the point now where I'm just leaving messages and being outright ignored. Go literally anywhere else.

Do not use Avanti under any circumstances. Avanti started fitting our kitchen in April 2018. But they only sent us the under cupboard lights in January 2020, that's 22 months later and I had to throw my rattle out to get them then. They sent a kitchen fitter to do the work and he couldn't get the lights to work. Over the next few weeks they sent several more fitters who also couldn't get the lights to work. Eventually after I insisted, they sent an electrician who got them working within 5 minutes. But 7 months later the lights on one side of the kitchen failed. Since then, on several occasions they have tried to diagnose the problem over the phone rather than actually send someone to find the problem. A fitter has been here several times to change the transformer but this hadn't solved the problem. it's obvious that the transformer isn't at fault but we can't get anyone qualified out to find what's causing the lights not to work. This has been going on now for over 2 years. To cut a long story it is now February 2023, almost 5 years on from when Avanti started fitting the kitchen and the lights problem is still not resolved and they are doing nothing to put it right. We took advice from Citizens advice and despite writing to them on several occasions and promises from them that they will make good nothing is happening. Unfortunately we have now been put in a position where we have no alternative other than to take Avanti to the small claims court. Avanti make a good quality product but when things go wrong the management don't want to put it right. Their attitude is we've got your money so tough, what are you going to do about it! They make a good product but the business is run by cowboys.
