        I had to wait 30 minutes just to get an eye test. Too add on, it was a weekday!

        Been using the Branch for so many year as its convenient for me to attend this branch. However, recently I have experienced very long waits over 1hr. Was told they running 30 mins behind however waited 50mins. Many Staff made to standing around looking busy around the desk. Actually considering of taking my services elsewhere.

        Worst experience ive had in a long time firstly waiting 2 hours for eye test with no apologies, everyone elses was getting compensated for their wait, didn't offer me anything. Waited 2 weeks now havent got my glasses yet, they just rang me to tell me they've lost them now ive got to wait another 2 weeks. Wish i could give 0 stars
