        Customer Service is amazing., Staff are so welcoming and friendly. They really do try to understand your requirements and dreams so they can design that perfect kitchen for you. So much choice of colours and sizes and finishes...all beautiful quality, there is a kitchen for every budget. Very pleased with my first initial design. Would highly recommend. Mandi

        Absolute lack of humanity and communication is none existent. Purchased a kitchen this was delivered fine. However quartz worktops are a separate department and had huge delays (our kitchen is not much use without a worktop). We requested this was cancelled as to change to a different worktop without the delays, wrens would not help just stating legal binding contracts, they hadnt even sent the team out to measure so it's not like they were in production. Really disappointed they wouldn't do anything to help, once they have your money the care stops. A cold corporation that puts profits before people. There are much more friendly competitors whom will support customers the whole way and I wish I went with the likes of Howdens. Will never use again and would suggest everyone to avoid Service: Kitchen design
