        I ordered flue adapter for next day delivery and payed 23 for delivery. But never received the order. They are Not answering phones. Avoid them any cost.

        Ordered and payed for over 300 worth of Flue 18 days ago. Never received them, exceptionally poor and infrequent response to emails. Having to go through Paypal to claim money back. Shocking experience. I do NOT recommend this company.

        Great service and arrived quickly with no damage. Items shipped to Northern Ireland for a 20 quid additional fee, with a saving of 400 for like for like parts compared to local flue suppliers. Thanks.
