        Appalling customer service, called about 20 times, left voicemail, filled in on-line form, no one could be bothered to ring me back, what a way to treat potential customers!!

        Had what I now know is a common issue with my 2019 Crossland- low oil pressure caused by debris from the timing belt. The guys gave fantastic advice, really knowledgable. Really pleased that the turnaround was quick too, helped me out a lot.

        After months of visiting garage after garage, Vaux Tec was able to diagnose the issue within 5 minutes of arriving at the site. The faulty EVAP solenoid was replaced and diagnosis of a worn shock absorber was completed within 2 hours. Vaux Tec explained the issue in detail and at a level I could understand. I will be using their services in future regarding any issues with my Vauxhall. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

        Excellent again, Andy's customer care & attention to detail is second to none,third year now I've let him take care of my Vehicles Service & haven't come away disappointed with the quality or price, would be happy to recommend 2021 update,change of premise but no difference in quality,care to attention & customer service,much as I expected if I'm honest, always come away happy with the work done at the pre-agreed price,no nasty surprises,on the subject of work/price had a Minor Service & Cambelt Change which was 240 cheaper than I was quoted by Lookers(Vauxhall) Selly Oak,would be more than happy to recommend 2022 update another Year, another Service mentioned a couple of other niggling faults that had developed with my Vehicle which was diagnosed on the Spot, phone call later to confirm fault after investigation & to quote the price to me,Price quoted was Price paid no added extras when collected Vehicle, Customer Care & attention to detail Top Notch as usual, would be happy to recommend
