Alistair did a great job of planning our kitchen and managed to fit in everything we asked for, which other companies either could not or would not put into their design. He listened to our input and the price quoted was comparable with others. The design was the best using all the space advantageously. Their showroom in Wordsley, was very useful and gave us a good idea of how things would look. We signed a contract in October 2017 with a 50% deposit paid upfront. The work started a day late, (9th Jan) due to staff training, we were told. The work was scheduled to finish after 2 or 3 weeks but the final job, tiling, was not done until 2nd February, so it was almost 4 weeks in total (although we were away for 3 working days). The main kitchen fitter did a good job. The electricians were excellent and did a great job of putting in a new 30 Amp supply and extending the ring main for appliances. The worktop fitters were also superb. The gas fitter came on time and was excellent. The whole kitchen now looks superb, works well as a design and in practice. The reason we are unable to give 5 stars would be that often tradesmen did not arrive when they said they were coming, so we had to do a lot of waiting in and chasing up. After they had left we often had to make good and finish off ourselves, to complete the finish to our satisfaction. The end result is that we have a beautiful, professionally installed fitted kitchen, thanks to Alistair and his team.
