Moss Bros.

Showed up to make a return/swap before the shopping centre closes at 6pm. The online hours on google for this store states 24 hours open, which, presumably is incorrect. So, assuming the shop would be open until 6pm like most shops, we arrived at 5:35 to find the keys in the door shut. The lady said already cashed up sorry. Might be an idea to just update correct hours for future customers. Its not always easy for people to make the trip when they work a 9-5 and dont live locally.

Great service, friendly staff and great selection of suits. Robert was very helpful assisting me in finding the right suit for myself, and I would highly recommend to anyone.

I recently visited Moss Bro Merry hill to purchase a bespoke suit for my wedding day . Me and my fianc were greeting by a fantastic member of staff, Robert. He was more than helpful, very knowledgeable and a great eye to detail. He was honest about what suited myself and gave us great comfort in knowing, what we are paying for is the right suit for me. He was friendly and didnt rush us at any stage. I would 1000% recommend not only Moss Bros , but Robert personally. Fantastic service .
