We were recommended by this place from a friend, We came into the showroom and starting to look around we saw a fire we liked and luckily there was a installer there so i gave us his knowledge and advised us which one get, i showed him the pictures of our chimney and he said no problem we will give you a quote, after reading through it we accepted it then we were approached by a lady and she showed us all the features of the stove and went into detail (I think she was the owner) and we booked at date. we had quires about our installation we had a mobile number so i decided to text it, Wayne would always reply to my messages and always advice us what he would recommend. Just before the installation we popped back to the store and we spoke to Lauren she was very helpful and gave us ideas on how to decorate around our stove, On the Installation day the engineers arrived after 10, Lauren gave us a courtesy call and updated us. Our Installer Keith and had work mate were great came into the house laid there dust sheets and went straight into the work by knocking the hole out for the stove and preparing we had some conversations, as i am a gas engineer myself so i have knowledge of gas fires and he explained the different regs to me. after a bit i left for work and the chimney fitters came and fitted the flue after a long day Keith explained the stove and left. We had to get the log cut as it was to big, I rang Wayne and he asked me what size i wanted cutting and arranged this for the week after to be fitted by Keith. We had a couple of issues, but these were rectified by Wayne he was always helpful and you can tell he takes pride of his business. The service we received from Lauren and Wayne was amazing. Would highly recommend if you want a new fire place fitted.

Terrible service. The guy standing behind the counter was more interested in watching the football than helping. He threw out information that was incorrect. Shame as the shop is nice but walked out due to service. UPDATE: Interesting response you have left to my initial feedback. There seems to be an apology missing. The reason for the delay is we were chatting to friends who also visited your showroom in the past few weeks who also commented on how bad the service was and the inaccuracies given. Your response has further cemented our decision. Happy new year to you as well.
