        have called to resolve an issue 5 times, have been into store twice & no one has got back to me. i last spoke to the manager who promised me a call back yet received nothing. waste of time as they clearly dont care. really really poor customer service

        I normally book my Tui holidays online, but today I decided to book instore. I must say my travel advisor Lauren in the Merry Hill branch was amazing. Lauren had a great knowledge base of holiday destinations which made it very easy to choose the right holiday for us. My experience booking my luxury holiday was brilliant. I would highly recommend.
