I Came here a few weeks ago for a Pretzel and the ladies were extremely rude and shouted in my face when I asked for a nutella pretzel and said they didnt have any ( which I didnt have a problem with it happens) so I asked for something else and said the same thing, I ended up just walking away because of how rude they was being towards me they very clearly did not want to do their jobs and got aggressive when they had to do a bit of work, I wont be returning im absolutely disgusted by the service I received.

Love the pretzels and am a regular customer, however a little confused they state they open at 10am with a sign on station and also online so when I asked for one they say dough isn't ready until 15-20 mins carried on shopping and came back at 10.40am and still had to wait 5 mins may aswell bake before 10 so your ready to serve or open at 11 if it took 40 mins to wait anyway

Price of the pretzels have gone up and the pretzels themselves have got considerably smaller. We used to buy regularly as my sons love them but not any more due to the price & size
