Not good at all. My 1 star is based purely on the fact we couldnt find them from google maps alone, really cant comment on their service as that wouldnt be fair. Drove there today and it doesn't seem to exist, saw their sign at the start of the road next to the Indian restaurant and drove around but couldn't find it. Tried to call them to see if they could tell me where they were but no answer. So decided to try another retailer. Quite disappointed really. So I'm up grading purely as they have contacted me to say they arnt open due to it being boxing day, although it dose show them as open on Google maps, for your information if BL Pro music is closed there is no way of knowing where they are so it will be worth checking with them by phone before setting of as you can't trust GM
