        I came into AnnSummers, Merry Hill, and I have never bought anything from any kind of adult store, and so I felt slightly uncomfortable and I was quiet. The staff helped me feel extremely comfortable and were so helpful. When purchasing my items, I broke down, crying, and they (Meghan) listened, Sympathised and reassured me. I was so greatful. Meghan was the staff member who made my experience so great! From start-finish, she was phenomenal and she was amazing!
