got to say there no point in the surgery being open everything takes forever You dont know where you are with them and staff needs training so poorly run ps been with them all my life but since Covid about 2years ago theyve gone downhill

Simple questions cannot be easily answered without form filling and waiting 2 working days. It is hard to even get someone to ask directly when the call volumes are so high.

Excellent surgery. Had a couple of problems regarding the medication for my daughter who has a mental health disability. But they got it sorted fast. Willing to see you when you are in bad health and not over the telephone only minor stuff. Staff are great. Would not change docs.

My wife and I have used this surgery for the last 5-6 years. Having recent had a child we have used them more now than ever. Whenever we have a problem, following their messaging system guidance on their website, we always get a call back within the hour and ordinarily have an appointment scheduled on the same day. The doctors are always friendly and do what they say they will as quickly as possible. I have friends and family around the midlands that complaint about waiting an hour to have their phone call answered to be told that no appointments are available, or that the next time is 3 weeks away. Can't recommend this surgery enough.

Very poor, it is extremely difficult to get an appointment and although I have a critical condition, I have not been able to see a doctor for a number of years .
