Fantastic carpet shop. Spoilt for choice. Staff were helpful but not pushy and let you browse at leasure. Prices were very reasonable. Would recomend this shop.

I ordered a carpet from this company which was one of the most expensive they displayed. The carpet had 3 stains on it. I advised the company strait away to which a gentleman came over to review the marks. As a friend fitted the carpet they said I could have done this and not them which was not the case the flooring was fitted without shoes to ensure no marks were present. They advised they would get back to me within the week and I didnt hear from the again. I have rated 2* as the initial interaction and service was good prior to this. I would not recommend sadly due to this.

Had problems getting the vinyl. Was initially told 3 to 4 days but it took 7 weeks! Was not kept up to date regarding the delay, and after calling was told on a few occasions it would be within a week which didn't happen. The staff were polite though. When the fitter came to fit the vinyl he was very abrupt and didn't seem to take any care with the work and just didn't seem interested. 4 days on and the vinyl is all lifting up with bubbles appearing. Really shoddy work. Now going to have to fetch it up and try and stick it myself. Have had Ian fit our vinyl in the past and never had problems like we have with this chap. STD have been great in the past but it's been problem after problem this time round. Will not use them again.
