        Terrible service. Measured up wrong for a driver by some smug salesman! Asked if they had another club in stock was told no. Not even offered to order it in. Pathetic!

        Bought a full package set of Cobra Fly XL graphite golf clubs in April with a 12 month warranty. During a professional golf lesson in June, the shaft of the 9iron broke on impact of the ball and taking a divot. When I took the club to the shop, i was accused of breaking the club by misusing it, the damage wouldn't be covered by the warranty and I was expected to pay 59.99 for repairs. Despite trading standards stating to me I should be entitled to a repair under warranty, on presenting this evidence to American Golf and Cobra, both companies are still unwilling to cover the defective club under warranty. Very poor customer service with the accusation, very poor 'warranty' cover. Definitely would not recommend or conduct future business with American Golf.
