        Went into today to sort my phone out which I was having some trouble with and jack assisted me and helped me resolve the issue can't recommend him enough will be going back in the future thank you

        Husband and I visited the store as he needed a sim only contract. We were assisted by a young man named Jordan who was extremely pleasant, helpful and proactive during our deal set up and purchase. He even stayed over beyond his shift time (I know this because I just happened to ask when does your shift finish?) and despite this, he continued in his best efforts to provide excellent customer service and did not rush us at all. Infact I am so impressed I am writing this review because its well deserved. In my opinion - Jordan deserves some form of recognition i.e a bonus of some kind because of his dedication and going that extra mile!

        Went into the EE store today to upgrade to the Samsung fold. I was a new customer to be told that I wouldnt pass the check for a phone contract over 75 even tho I pay over 100 a month now on o2 didnt do any checks didnt even sit down got told that as soon as I walked in. I walk straight out and went into three that was happy to help and ended up getting my new Samsung fold. Very unhelpful and rude.
